The products can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition. After that, you will be covered by manufacturing defects.

2. Warranty Coverage

• This warranty is valid only for products purchased through our official sales channels, including the SYNLETTpager.com website, SYNLETT’s stores on Amazon US, Amazon CA, Amazon UK, and Walmart US. If the product was purchased from a third party, the customer must contact the original seller for support.
• The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only.
• If a replacement product is provided under warranty, the original warranty period will continue from the initial purchase date; it does not reset with the replacement product.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use, misuse, neglect, accidents, or user errors.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, fading, or deterioration due to regular use, is not covered under this warranty.

Only products purchased through SYNLETTpager.com are automatically registered in our warranty program. Purchases through Amazon are only guaranteed if registered within 30 days of purchase.
