This device works just as advertised. Senses movement and sends a signal to the pager to alert caregiver. My room is across the house from my dad and I didn’t always hear him when he got up. Now I know every time and can be there to help him!

I love how loud these are and the variety of sounds you can choose from. They stick really well to the walls. I use these for my elderly mother. I have placed them in bathrooms and bedrooms. I put one around her neck and it give me and her a sense of security. They alert me if she needs help, even when I am outside, they work. I love that you get 6 buttons. One was defective and kept going off just sitting on the dress we just disconnected it. They are big and are ease to use. I would recommend these.

The instruction was easy enough to set it up by myself. The main device has power cable and also batteries that come with. But also the individual call buttons came with batteries, and a tool to open the battery place inside. That was helpful.
It is good that this call has a chime and a voice that can tell you “number 1” on the receiver, rather than needing to go look at the number every time the button is pressed.
