This works great for my dad. He has ALS and is able to push the button easily and page us either outside or on different levels of the house. Pager can be set very loud and you can add additional pagers for other areas of the house.

However, never got the bed bar to accompany this. If you want both you had better order way in advance in case your never going to get it. Not sure if it is the company or Amazon but they can’t be trusted. This is a medical decision that can’t be trusted for safety.
I got this for my elderly mother who lives with us. I put one in her bathroom, one next to her bed and put one on the lanyard that we keep at the top of the stairs. When she goes into the basement, she hangs it around her neck in case she falls. The receiver is LOUD which is good because the entire house can hear it. It was soooo easy to go from box to usage, nothing special to do.
